as per your percentile your rank will be above 10k which is not possible to get an NIT or IIIT as they have seats less than 100 for each department and candidates applying for admission are in lakhs.
Using your percentile search a government college in your domicile. They will consider and you may get state reservation making easy to take an admission.
If not you can go for private colleges too. In India there are 1000s even of private colleges where many students study and give their best to show their talents.
So find one which is suitable for you. Private colleges are not bad and they don't have high fee structure. They charge less than the IITs and NITs.
