Yes you can get admission into some lower  nits but its difficult for you to get admission into any top nits with this sc rank you cannot even get non core branches in top nits.
You can option for northeast nits or tge mediocre nits with non core branches.
As nits are one of the most sought after college in feild of engineering so they have high cutoffs for the candidates to get admission.
