Based on your percentile, it will be tough to get into NITs. However, you could apply in different state and university level counsellings, where you might have a chance to apply in different colleges.
I also suggest that you give the second attempt of JEE, which will be held in April. The second session would provide you with an opportunity to prepare better, utilise these months in preparation, and it will give you scope for improvement, wherein you might end up scoring well and opening doors to different opportunities in NITs.
