Hello dear!

Since the cutoff for general category is 89.75 percentile and you have secured 89.55 percentile . Therefore, if you are general category then you are not qualified in JEE main.

Even if you are lying under OBC-ncl category then you will not get MNIT Jaipur due to low rank.
