Hello,
as mentioned according to your percentile in JEE mains 2020 January, it is difficult to answer the actual cutoff rate because the cutoff rate for 2020 will be released after the second JEE main attempt.
I will say that getting anywhere above 85 puts you at a fair chance of clearing JEE mains evaluating form last year's cutoff for GEN-EWS the cutoff for NITs and IIITs varies college to college and stream to stream.
Generally speaking according to me a candidate from GEN-EWS category should get a rank above 30000 ie above 96.5 percentile to comfortably get into NITs and IIITs

see every year cutoff scores changes, and also depends on various factors like number of participants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix etc. now as per your percentile you have less chances in nits, or iiits even for your category , however jee main april session exam is yet to held, and it will effect on your percentile, if the number of participants increases this year.
