Sir, without maths you can't try for B.COM hons in DU but you can try for B.COM only.

No you can't apply for the delhi universties Bachelor's in commerce program as you don't have maths in your class 12th boards . Maths is mandatory for a candidate to have to apply and get admitted to the university of delhi , Bachelor's in commerce program. You can reach out to us for more helps
