Hi there hope you are doing really well. Congratulations for qualifying JEE mains examination but sorry you can't get admission in BIT mesra bye just scoring 91 percentile. even for lower branches like biotechnology u have to score near 95 percentile and that also if you are a resident of Jharkhand. true national Kota you must score more than 96 percentile to get admission in any of the branches in BIT mesra.
