For IIIT, Bangalore you can consider your chances in a safe zone if you score 99 plus percentile, now with your mention percentile your approximate common rank would be : 75,603 which is calculated by the formula: (100-your percentile score)*869010/100
With this rank you don't have good chances in a first sight.
