First of all congratulations You  have very good percentage   in CBSE.

Admission in IIT's in totally depend on JEE advanced ranks ,
For NIT's and IIITs it's depend on JEE mains
But sorry to say at this JEE mains  rank it's difficult to get into the  NIT's and IITs .

So can try for other colleges.

You got good rank and percentage as well. for getting admission in any IITs ,IIITs or NITs CBSE percentage is not so important as you have cleared the cutoff of mains so You were eligible for advance too.. now for getting admission in IITs you need to clear advance too.

according to your rank you can check for some colleges accepting candidate of higher ranks .. it is less chances of getting any top NIT or IIIT but wait for actual counselling process

If you are from general category there are very less chances or no chances of your getting a nit or iiit still you can try for some north eastern nits like nit arunachal Pradesh, nit tripura, nit meghalaya, nit Sikkim or some gftis such as tezpur university as the cutoffs of these colleges are generally low.
You can try for your state colleges as well.
For getting admission into iits you must first clear Jee advanced It has nothing to do with your jee mains percentile.
