In wbjee all the seats are alloted on the basis of GMR rank and not your category rank.

This is very difficult to predict because cut off keeps changing every year depending upon a number of factors like

--------) number of students that appeared in the WBJEE exam

--------)difficulty level of the WBJEE examination

--------)Kind of marks obtained by the students in the WBJEE exam

--------) number of students from different categories

--------) seats available for different branches etc

But yes,

With your 12k GMR  being from SC category,

On the basis of 2019, wbjee cut round 3 off data , you  have don't have chance in core branches but have good chances in Jadavapur university in non- core branches like

• Architecture:-14366

• Construction Engineering:-12767

• Food Technology And Bio Chemical Engineering- 13456
