Hii,
According to career 360 rank predictor, your probable rank will be83,451 - 90,951and your probable category rank range will be 2994 - 3294.
At this rank, you can get biotechnology engineering at NIT warangal.
However if you have home state quota, you can get biotechnology as well as chemical engineering.

It depends on your interest.
But still I will suggest you to join CS at NIT andhra or patna , electrical at NIT durgapur or hamirpur.
