As per the latest updates. Delhi University made Mathematics in Class XII mandatory for B.Com (Hons.). If you are choosing B.Com mathematics is not mandatory but 2.5% marks may be deducted while considering for admission. Still there are chances for you to get into good colleges with this marks. The three best subjects plus one English is policy of best four.
