Yes there are decent chances for you to get admission in good colleges of north campus. The admission and cutoff can vary with the college and courses you opt for.

Mam suppose i got admission in south campus in first cut off but i want to take admission in north campus .
Should i wait for 2nd,3rd,4th... Cut off .
Is it safe to do so????

You can take admission in south campus.Later on if you get admission in any of north campus college, you can easily change your college. The fees will be transferred to the new college.
