As you now that CSE is a very demanding and very popular branch .
So 74470 rank will not be sufficient to get CSE in good colleges ( nit / IIIT / GFTI )

There is chances only from home state quota in low ranking college like ( nit Mizoram ; Sikkim ; Manipur etc.). But not worthy as much.
Better to go in state government college ( YMCA ; dcrust ; Thapar etc.)

I regret to inform you that with such a low score you cannot get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like nits iiits or GFTIs .

As well as computer science is one of the core branches so they have high cutoffs for the candidates to get admission.

Even considering your  female quota its impossible for you to get admission into any nits , iiits or GFTIs with computer science as branch.
