93.5% is approx 60000 CRL. And it is not sufficient to get admission in BIT Mesra. Minimum Rank a student of other states must get to take admission in Bio-Technology Engineering is 42347( according to JOSSA 2018 opening and closing rank). So I have to say that you will not get admission in BIT Mesra. I am Sorry.

Yes, BIT Mesra is very Good college it is a second best college in Jharkhand after IIT(ISM) Dhanbad and a second-best Private college in India after BITS Pilani( according to NIRF ranking 2019).

In 2018 the Average package offered was 9.11 lakhs per annum and the highest package was 34 Lakhs per annum given to 20 students. 90% students get placed every year.
