With the 67245 rank in JEE Mains, it isn't easy to get mentioned branches in top NITs. But following are the possibilities based on previous years trend -

1. Dr. BR Ambedkar National Institute of Technology - BioTechnology

2. NIT Hamirpur - Mechanical Engineering

3. NIT Puducherry - Electronics and Communications Engineering

4. NIT Arunachal Pradesh - Computer Science and Engineering

5. NIT Silchar - Electronics and Communications Engineering

But, you need to wait till Spot round in JOSAA Counselling.
