As per your rank you have less chances to get into IEM, as the cloaing rank of computer science in IEM is around 3000-3500.
You might get seat in Heritage Institute of Technology,  if you choose heritage institute of technology,  I will suggest you to go for Ece branch , because Heritage in best in kolkata for electronics.
You can also get seat in Techno India main campus, and Rajarhat campus.
So don't lose hope.

No thr chances are almost nil... Coz closing rank for cse is around 6k you can get by management quota
