Congratulations on the rank. IPU began with its English Honours course just last year. 2 colleges of IPU university currently have this course in their college which are-

1) VIPS, Pitampura

2) Fairfield (FIMT)

The seats are very low for the course, last year there were around 60 seats. Your chances are low, but it totally depends on this year's trend. Also, once the counselling process begins, we will get to know whether more affiliated colleges will be introducing the course this year. If a majority of the candidates who have scored above you opt for DU or other colleges, you may get through. If you have any quota, there is yet higher chances.
