At 95.3 percentile your rank could fall between 35,000 -45,000

Accordingly you can get CSE in the following NITs

NIT Agartala

NIT Arunachal Pradesh

NIT Goa etc.

These are tier 3 NITs i would recomend to pick a less favourable branch in tier 1/2 NIT and then opt for Branch change in first year. 

Pawan,if you are getting 95.3% in JEE Mains,make sure you don't have to worry even a little bit about the NITs.You are definitely heading yourself into the top NITs like Tirchy,Warangal,Rourkela,Calicut,Kurukshetra and Patna.

Choose wisely by looking at the cutoffs.W ish you all the luck.
