You can calculate your rank with the formula (100-your total percentile)*869010/100 where 869010 is the total number of candidates appeared in January session so by this your expected rank will be around 40843 and your category rank will be in between 10000-13000. You have not mentioned your state. Assuming that you belong to other state, In 2019 the cut off for other state OBC-NCL category was as follows
According to the previous year cut off you may not get seat. However, cut off is subjected to change. It may increase or decrease slightly.
