Last year in 2018 the last rank from the general category to get admission in any of the NLUs was a rank of 1600 through all the allotment lists. Lower NLUs have vacancies too sometimes, in that the cut off at a maximum would go till 3000. NLU sonepat is admitting it's first batch this year through CLAT scores. So as your rank is 12827 you do not seem to have any chances for admission in NLU Sonepat as the cut off won't go this low.
You can try for private colleges accepting CLAT scores instead. You don't have any chances for NLU Sonepat being in the General category.
