According to previous year cutoff with 96000 rank if you belong to oc caste then there are very less chances of getting a CSE seat.though there are some colleges like

Good work on the rank. You wouldn't get very good colleges for the rank you scored. But there are many good colleges which you might consider. I'll name a few below.
