Hi there..
Firstly congratulations for scoring such a good percentile in MHCET and JEE both. The colleges are alloted on the basis of ranks that you score. So you can calculate your rank by the formula that I'm sending. The formula for calculating rank is ((100-percentile/100)*(total no of students)) +1. Now as we all know computer science from COEP is the most demanding branch. As per the statistics for the computer science from COEP opening rank for first round is approximately 119 which eventually falls to 238 in the fourth round. So if your rank lies in between these ranks then I can say that there are chances for you to grab CS in COEP or else you should look for other options .
Hope this is helpful for you!
Thanks...
Hello,
According to 2018 cutoffs, the closing rank of Computer engineering at COEP, Pune for OBC candidates was 623 and the cutoffs marks were 166. Please note that cutoffs can vary from year to year based on several factors like number of students appearing for the examination, number of seats available, difficulty level of the paper etc.
I hope it helps. For any further queries regarding this, ask me in the comments.
