With a 98.29 percentile in JEE Mains and belonging to the OBC category , you have a strong chance of securing ECE or EEE in several NITs:

1. Top NITs ( Trichy, Warangal, Surathkal ): Slightly tough but possible under the home state quota or in later rounds.

2. Mid-Tier NITs ( Calicut, Rourkela, Nagpur, Jaipur ): Good chance of getting ECE or EEE comfortably .

3. Lower-Tier NITs: You should easily get ECE or EEE in these NITs .

Your chances improve further if you have a home state quota advantage .
