first of all congratulations for scoring good percentile ,with this percentile you have a sharp sure chance of getting a rank under 10000.

as you have said you home state is punjab, so last year the cutoff of NIT JALANDHAR  for cs was 10100to 13511 for home state quota . also for EC the cut off rank was 20000 . so yes you have a great grab on a seat in nit jalandhar.

on the other hand since your percentile is great you can get cse and ec in other states also just relax and wait for josaa counselling.
