see cutoff score changes every year and it depends on certain factors like number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category etc. however sorry to say at this score you have less chances in nits, gftis, iiits or any government colleges. however You may use Careers360 jee main college predictor tool to know your predictable colleges
