Following are the expected cutoffs for Computer Science and engineering and related branches at the VIT campuses.
1) CSE 6000 at Vellore campus
2) CSE with bioinformatics 12,000 at Vellore
3) CSE with information security 7000at Vellore
4) Information Technology 10,000 at Vellore
5) CSE 13,000 at Chennai campus

As you can see, chances are low but it's not impossible too if you wait till the last round.
VIT BHOPAL and VIT AMARAVATI campuses will have pretty low cutoffs as these are new campuses.
You must try there if you want Computers only.
Else you can choose Electronics and Communication engineering branch at Vellore or Chennai.
