If you are talking about B.Tech. Entrance Examination, then It is very difficult to get admission with this rank. Since, It is only good engineering college of Purvanchal UP, So lots of candidate go for it. Competition is very high there and your rank is not good enough. Still you can give a try. Go for counselling.
