You mentioned that your Home state is Delhi so your Home state quota will fall under NIT Delhi. Following are the opening and closing rank of NIT Delhi in Round 6:

• Computer Science and Engineering-  3849 - 5596
• Electrical and Electronics Engineering -  9031 - 11491
• Electronics and Communication Engineering - 6011 -  8480

Based in these rank, it is difficult for you to get NIT Delhi. With 22724 OBC rank, it is difficult to get NIT. I would suggest you to go for JAC Councelling as JAC has 85% seat reserved for Delhi students. You can apply for following JAC Colleges like:

• Delhi Technical University
• IIIT Delhi
• NSUT
• IGDTUW
