Only the main campus of GGSIPU offers biochemical and chemical engineering and both of them as a dual degree. The cut off for them both are far above your rank. But you might get it in the spot counselling. However one cannot be sure of it as no one knows that how many candidates, having a rank more than yours, might opt for it.
