i got a seat in csab special round 1 and i also paid my seat acceptance and participation fee but now i dont want that seat and i want my fee to refund so in what time will i get it and what i have to do for that

Dear student,

You will get the refund surely but you have to do two things for the process of refund, what are those:

1. You have to write the refund letter to college principal, in this you will tell the reason about why you want refund it.

2. Once your letter will approved, then you will show your payment receipt to administration department for the refund.

This process you will do before 15 days or less of the last admission date then only you will get 80% of your amount or before 30 days or less of the last date of admission then you will get 50% of amount in your total amount or more than 30 days you’ll get nothing. So be alert of this. This instructions are all according to the UGC guidelines 2021.
