If you're asking about AKGEC, Ghaziabad, then I would recommend you to take CSE if you have any chance because most of the companies that visit the college are IT based companies and recruit most of the cse/IT students. Placements for ece is lesser when compared to CSE. If you're not aiming to go for GATE/PSU then cse is a much better option. Think about what branch you want ,according to what you want to do in future. If you're not much focussed about placements then ece is also a good option. I hope it helps you.
