I got All India Rank: 58961 and OBC category rank: 24926 with marks 484. can i get govt. medical seat for MBBS. I am from Andhra Pradesh state and i have Female reservation also

If I consider the previous year data.then you have chances of getting admission in a government medical college with this score through all india quota.
If you have domicile of any state then it might help you in getting admission in some colleges of that state through 85% state quota.
The cutoff changes almost every year,so not much  can be predicted .cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.
