I got BVRIT Narsapur in 1st councilling ,if I get CVR or Vardhaman in 2nd councilling, which is best for civil engineering and which college should I go .

In opinion should stick to B V Raju Institute of Technology is far better option than Vardhaman college of engineering anf CVR college of engineering. You haven't mentioned the branch you have got in BVRIT but whatever branch you have got you should stay with that because placements in the college is very good compared to other two.
