As u are saying you got a college in KCET councelling and if u are not satisfied with it you can try for an other round like second and second extended where you may get a good college of your choice.

After those rounds if you didn't like your college you can write KCET again but you should not join any courses should opt to quit councelling and get preparing for long term for next year examination

If u join for a course thn It will be difficult to write again
