To be eligible to appear for KCET
- A candidate must have studied in Karnataka for atleast 7 years from 1st class to 2nd PUC as on 1st July.
- A candidate must have studied and passed from any recognised in Karnataka.
- Must have passed 10th standard or 12th standard in Karnataka.
- Candidates must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology/ computer science with atleast 45% marks for General category candidates for SC/ST/OBC it is 40% marks for admission in B.tech.For B.arch a candidate must have passed 10+2 with atleast 50% marksfor general category candidates with Mathematics and physics for SC/ST/OBC it is 45% marks.
