I got college in 1st round but i don't want it .so how to be eligible for 2nd round in neet counselling

Hi anjali , 

There no such eligibility criteria if you got a college and didnt join or report at the reporting institute so automatically it conveys that you are not interested in that college and you are awaited for the 2nd councelling round .

Dear Anjali, if you have been allotted a seat in the first round and you are not interested in joining the College, you may appear for Round 2. You needn't join the college. Once you join the allotted College, you cannot participate in Round 2. Virtual Vacancy is not an option in all State Counsellings. Because you haven't joined the Round 1 College, when Round 2 choice locking option opens, you can use the facility and choose your options. If you get a seat in Round 2, you can join the College.
