Your JEE rank is very low. It seems to be very difficult for your rank to get admission in NIT Andhra Pradesh. Based on the previous year cut off rank list for NIT Andhra Pradesh, the opening and closing rank for Biotechnology in NIT Andhra Pradesh is 20857 and 39035 respectively. Hence better choose some other colleges.
