Hi vikas ,
I regret to inform you that with such a low score its difficult for you to get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like nits or iiits
As nits or iiits are one of the most sought after college in feild of engineering so they have high cutoffs for the candidates to get admission.

With category rank of 22k you cannot even get lower branch though it would be better for you take part in any other councelling process.
