Yes , you definitely stand a good chance to get admission in the CSE branch in KIIT.
You have mentioned that you got CSE and system engineering branch in the first counselling at KIIT so you might get an upgrade in the second or third round of counselling.

I have got 5846 rank in Kiitee 2020 and got CSSE in first round counseling. Please help me how can I upgrade my branch to CSE.
