If you have got ECE in MnIT Allahvad then your chances for cse is low sinc ecutoff below 5000 ranks.

However you can get following for ECE :

NIT Rourkela
NiT Calicut
NIT Delhi
NIT durgapur

Chances for ECe in NiT Trichy and Warangal ar elow a scutoffs within 4000 ranks.
