I am confused about your dilema you are in right now.

All depends upon the board you choosed at time of filling jee form.You should be passed on whichever board you have selected.

You must have given your information while the form filling according to CBSE board ,which may contradict.

Ya but if i filled wrong board in mains form ..so in counselling i can't change that board ?

I guess not, but don't rely on that call Jee Mains office they will clarify you doubt more thoroughly.
