If anyone failed in 12 board in 2018 but cleared jeemains can he go for open board and can he apply open board marksheet in jeemains in 2018

Sorry but you have to give exam twice, both jee amd 12th again.
Failed once are not accepted by jee mains .and according to criteria you must clear 12th board exam

But if i clear 12 examination for open board ..now ..! And got passed out ! Then can i apply for jeemains ???
