Hello,
Yes one can clear the name from Fail or Compartment from the board by giving exams from open boards like NIOS(National Institute of Open Schooling) etc. Then you will be granted for counseling else you have to wait for long.

But giving 12 exams in 2 boards ...and got pass out from one board..is it valid in jeemains ?

Hello,
Yes it is valid, sometimes one get provisional admission in the colleges so they have to clear the subjects in which they have failed or the can do it from open board but stream has to be same.
