First of all the seat allotment depends on various of factors  such  as no. of students participating,number of vacant seats,previous year's cut-off are like a reference that you have chances of getting but that doesn't mean they are absolute apart from that the main counseling process is yet to start and that result is different from mock allotment.So, don't worry so much, mostly previous year's cut-off may not be exact but are roughly gives an idea,secondly you have to wait for the actual allotment to begin.
