As you haven't mentioned the campus you are seeking for, I'll give you a generalized answer. Now to get CSE in Amritpuri campus you need to score below 4000 rank. To get CSE in Amrita Coimbatore campus you need to score below 1200 rank. To get CSE in Amrita Bangalore campus you need to score below 5000 rank.
These are the closing ranks for CSE according to previous year's cutoffs for open category.
With your rank, you have good chances to get CSE in Amrita Bangalore and Amrita Amritpuri campus till final round. If you have state quota then you can surely get into CSE in any of these campuses.
