You might get CSE in some of the newer IIT's .....like Jammu,Palakkad,Tiruppati, etc.....If u want to take a risk and satisfied then go for it.....perhaps you would only end up getting a degree .....and no good placements....Why waste 2 years hardwork....Why don't you take up Chemical ,Mechanical,Metallurgical Engg.....in some of the top IIT's,ISM ,etc.....Try to get a good GPA in first year...try to change your stream or learn up some coding afterwards.As it is 70% iitians work in non core sectors.I have known guys who have done Mining engg. From IIT KGP and emploued by Google USA.All the best.
