Cut off is in percentile form this year ; and it is 

54.0128155 for sc category.

So check your percentile score in the result and if it is more than the mentioned above you are eligible to give jee advanced.

last year SC, and ST at  26057, and 11681 respectively.  this time I did know but if you qualified a cut off marks then you are eligible for jee advance.  I think it helps you A LOT.
