It would have been really helpful if you would have mentioned your CRL. However, if you look at 2018 JEE ADVANCED rank vs branch, after the final round of counseling, the closing rank of Mechanical in IIT GANDHINAGAR was 4229 and of IIT HYDERABAD was 3192. If your rank lies in this range, you can be hopeful. All the best.
