Previous year's cutoff rank for Aeronautical Engineering through MET in Main Manipal campus was 9422 in round 1. For the 3rd round of councelling it was 16260. Since your rank is 16086 you have no chance to get Aeronautical seat in the 1st round. Since the cutoff for every branch vary each year, you have likely chances to get the seat in final round. With your rank you may get other courses like Civil , Biomedical, Media Technology in 1st round.
